Assistance with Daily Living (ADL)
Our ADL support helps you manage everyday routines so you can live safely and independently at home and in your community. All supports are tailored to your preferences, culture and NDIS plan.

Social & Community Participation (SCCP)
SCCP helps you connect, build confidence and enjoy life beyond your home. We co-design activities that reflect your interests, goals and community.
- Support to join clubs, groups, libraries, gyms and local events
- Assistance with hobbies β art, music, sport, gardening and more
- Community outings to build social skills and independence
- Public transport training and route planning
- Links to inclusive local organisations and peer networks

School Leaver Employment Support (SLES)
SLES prepares young people with disability for life after school β whether thatβs work, study or training. We focus on real-world skills and gradual, supported steps.
- Exploring strengths, interests and realistic career pathways
- Building job-readiness β communication, time management, teamwork
- Resume writing, job applications and interview practice
- Work experience, volunteering and TAFE pathway support
- Travel training and independent living skills for workplace success

Carer Education & Support
We support the people who support you. Our carer education provides practical knowledge and strategies to help families and carers feel confident and capable.
