Our Story

Why We Started Aevitas Care

Aevitas Care was born from a deep passion for community, equity and compassionate service. Our founders recognised a gap in Melbourne's western suburbs — a region rich with cultural diversity and community spirit, yet often underserved when it came to high-quality, flexible disability and aged care support.

We set out in 2025 to change that. Starting small and growing through genuine relationships with participants, families and support coordinators, Aevitas Care has become a trusted partner for families across Werribee, Sunshine, Footscray and beyond.

Our name comes from the Latin "Aevitas" — meaning life and longevity. It reflects our commitment to supporting people to live full, meaningful lives at every stage.

✅Working With Children Check (WWCC)

✅National Police Clearance

✅First Aid & CPR Certified

✅Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)

✅NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed

✅Ongoing professional development & training
