Where We Provide Support

Aevitas Care is a mobile-based support provider — there is no office you need to travel to. Supports are delivered in your home, school, workplace or community setting across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria for self‑managed and plan‑managed NDIS participants.

How Mobile Support Works

Because we are mobile and flexible, support is provided where you feel most comfortable. We coordinate with your routine, family supports and other providers to make visits practical and sustainable.

For Professionals

Support coordinators, allied health teams and plan managers: if your client is self-managed or plan-managed and lives in Victoria, we are happy to confirm coverage and capacity before you refer.
