Aevitas Care provides support for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, including assistance with daily living (ADL), social and community participation (SCCP), school leaver employment support (SLES), and carer education. We work with participants and families across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria to live independently, connect with community, and achieve their goals.
